摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Jiangtang Huoxue Lishui prescription for patients with I Vstage diabetic nephropathy. Methods; Sixty -four patients with IV stage diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty - two patients in the compared group received regular treatment, and thirty - two patients in the control group received Jiangtang Huoxue Lishui prescription based on regular treatment. Clinical data including the common in-fonnalion, laboratory examination and follow - up office visit of patients with IV stage diabetic nephropathy were collected and analyzed. Result:There were significant differences in the total rate of efficacy, that is to say,Upro,BUN, Scr,FPG, HBAlC,TC,TG,LDL,MAP,Alb and TP between two groups(P < 0. 05 , P <0.01). Conclusion:Jianglang Huoxue Lishui prescription can improve clinical data of patients with IV stage diabetic nephropathy markedly.关键词
