摘要

Abstract

Objective: To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Xinnao Tongluo liquid preconditioning and elec-troacupuncture (EA) postconditioning with ischemic reperfusion of rats heart through apoptotic index, p - Akt. Methods; All rats were randomly divided in four groups: IR group, Xinnao Tongluo liquid preconditioning group, EA postconditioning group, Xinnao Tongluo liquid preconditioning and EA postconditioning group. Establishment of ischemia reperfusion injury model. Test the variety of apoptotic index p - Akt by immunol histochemistry , RT - PCR and western blot. Results: Xinnao Tongluo liquid preconditioning, EA postconditioning can decrease the infarct size and apoptotic index, increase p - Akt, Xinnao Tongluo liquid preconditioning and EA postconditioning group was better than other groups. Conclusion; 1. Xinnao Tongluo liquid preconditioning and EA postconditioning affect the contents of AktmRNA .2. Xinnao Tongluo liquid preconditioning and EA postconditioning can increase the expression of p - Akt, and it shows that PI3K/Akt pass way participate in the role of lightening ischemic reperfusion injury.
