Abstract
Objective:To study the contents of four flavonoidsds in Daphne genkwa Sieb. et Zucc. processed by different methods. Methods:The separation was performed on a Hanbon Hedera C,, column (250cm x4.6mm,5μm) with mobile phase of methanol-0.4% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution (70:30). The flow rate was lmL·min-1. The column temperature was at 30℃. The detective wavelength was 338 run. Result; In the range of linear, luteolin, apigenin, hydroxygenkwanin and genkwanin were well separated. The correlation coefficients of those compounds were over 0.9998 in the tested range. The intra - and inter - day precisions were below 1. 64%. The average recovery was 99. 69% ~ 101.70%. Conclusion;This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the determination of the four compounds in Daphne genkwa Sieb. et Zucc. processed by different methods, the contents of luteolin, apigenin, hydroxygenkwanin and genkwanin in Daphne genkwa Sieb. et Zucc. processed by vinegaer method increase obviously, meanwhile the contents of total flavonoids increase significantly.关键词
