漏芦降脂作用的研究
Experimental Study of Rhaponticum uniflorum for Antihyperlipidemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To investigate the effect of ethanol extract and water extract of Rhaponticum uniflorum on reducing plasma lipoproteins. Methods: Establishing hyperlipoidemia mice model by intraperitoneal injection of 75% egg - yolk e-mulsion. The levels of TG,TC, LDL - C and HDL - C were examined to study the effects of Rhaponticum uniflorum ( L. ) on Blood. Results: TC, TG and LDL - C levels in the higherer dose of ethanol extract group and the lower dose of water extract group were less then those in model groups (P <0. 05) ; HDL -C level in the lower dose of ethanol extract group was significantly increased compared with that in the model group (P <0. 01). Conclusion: The effect of water ex-tract of Rhaponticum uniflorum on reducing plasma lipoproteins is better than the ethanol extract.关键词
