摘要
Abstract
The paper was to study the optimal extraction technique of volatile oil from schisandra chinensis. L9(3)4 or-thogonal experiment was used for the optimization procedure, with the soak time, extracting time, dose of water and ul-trasound time as the independent factor. SPSS 13.0 was used for variance analysis. Under the optimum conditions, the water 210ml, doused lh, extracting 4h and ultrasound 1.5h. The advantages of production are short cycle, low cost, simple operation, high rate of oil and broad application prospect.关键词
