Abstract
High-carbon cast steel shot with austenite matrix was prepared by adjusting alloying elements content such as C and Mn of shot and controlling smelting process, and then testing instruments such as OLYMPUS/GX-51 metallurgical microscope, AXIOS ( PW4400) X-ray fluorescence instrument, D/max2200 XRD diffraction, carbon and sulfur analyzer, S-3400N scanning electron microscopes and hammering test were used to compare its microstructure and properties with other high carbon cast steel shot. The experimental results show that high carbon cast steel shot with austenite matrix was obtained at the alloying elements content of 1.2% C, 6% Mn; and its metallurgical quality and performance had been enhanced significantly.关键词
