摘要

Abstract

Ni28CrllA10.5Y coating was deposited on Ni-base single crystal superalloy substrate by arc ion plating. The corrosion behaviors of the superalloy with Ni28Crl 1 A10.5Y coating and the superalloy in molten 75%Na2SO4+25%K2SO4 at 900 癈 were studied. The results indicate that the superalloy suffered catastrophic hot corrosion, and serious internal oxidation and internal sulfidation appeared; the coating protected the superalloy from hot corrosion destruction and improved the hot corrosion resistance of the superalloy due to the formation of a continuous and dense A12O3 scale.
