Abstract
The ceramic cores for the single crystal blades were manufactured with quartz glass as matrix materials. The bending strength, thermal deformation and shrinkage rate of the core specimens were measured. The results show that the shrinkage rate of the core after sintered at 1 190 ℃ is 0.59%, the bending strength is 29.07 MPa, and the thermal deformation is 0.10 mm.关键词
