Abstract
Characteristics of DA5 ductile iron crankshaft and difficulties in production are discussed in this paper, and the emphases of control of nodularizing process was put forward. Wire feeding process parameters, such as temperature, speed of wire feeding, additions of wire feeding, and so on, were adjusted and controlled to ensure the production of high quality DA5 ductile iron crankshaft.关键词
