灰铸铁不同合金化同等强度下的加工性能对比研究
Comparative on the Machinability of Two Alloying Gray Cast Irons with Equal Tensile Strength
摘要
Abstract
Two gray cast irons with equal tensile strength were prepared. They were inoculated using 75SiFe inoculant and were respectively alloyed using an alloying additive (including RE, Cr, Mn, Si and Fe elements) and pure copper. The machinability of the two gray cast irons was mainly investigated. The results show that the Brinell hardness of the two irons and the micro-hardness of their pearlite microstructure are same. The Section sensitivity of the iron alloyed using an alloying additive is smaller than that of the iron alloyed using pure copper. The main cutting forces of the iron alloyed using an alloying additive are 23% .55% and 55.2% decrease as compared with that of the iron using pure copper at the corresponding cutting depth 1.5 mm, 1.75 mm and 2.0 mm.关键词
