Abstract
By means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing, metallographic examination and fracture analysis, the fracture reason of the flue duct of boiler in a power plant was analyzed. The results show that the fracture of the flue duct is brittle fracture, because the strength of the material is not worth to bear regular loading, under the condition of many casting flaws existing, the mechanical properties are tar away below the standard request关键词
