摘要

Abstract

To study the defect formation law, establishing a mathematical model of solidification process of industrial gas turbine blade in investment casting, the temperature field, the evolution of mushy zone and the formation process of shrinkage and porosity in solidification process were simulated under different process. The results show that, for the original process, the shrinkage cavity or macro porosity occurs in the tenon of the blade with two gating systems, it is consistent with the experimental results. Using directional solidification process can avoid casting defects in the turbine blade.
