2024铝合金阳极氧化膜腐蚀性能研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Investigation on Corrosion Behavior of Anodic Oxide Film on 2024 Aluminum Alloy
采用硫酸直流阳极氧化法对2024铝合金进行表面氧化处理.采用正交设计对其进行铜加速盐雾腐蚀,用增重法来对比分析了实验组与对照组试样在盐雾环境中的腐蚀情况,结合扫描电镜和电化学极化曲线法对2024铝合金的腐蚀行为进行了分析研究.结果表明:在实验条件下,阳极氧化后的合金最大腐蚀增重率可达20.1 g/m2.在盐雾腐蚀条件下,时间是最大的影响因素,其次是温度,腐蚀液浓度影响最小.阳极氧化能够提高2024铝合金的抗均匀腐蚀能力,但对点腐蚀的改善作用有限.
Anodic oxidation in sulfuric acid electrolyte was used in the surface modification of 2024 aluminum alloy. An orthogonal test was made on the processed alloy under the condition of copper accelerated salt spray corrosion. The corrosion rates of the experimental group and the control group in salt fog environment were examined with the method of the weight gain.
