可聚合乳化剂在丙烯酸酯乳液聚合中的应用研究
Applied research of polymerizable emulsifier in acrylic emulsion polymerization

Abstract
Polyacrylate emulsions were synthesized by seeding semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with the polymerizable emulsifier ammonium sulfate allyoxy nonylphonoxy poly ( ethyleneoxy) (10) ether (DNS -86). Effects of the type of surfactants, the amount of DNS-86, the amount of initiator and reactive temperature on the properties of the emulsion and films were discussed. The structure and morphology of products were characterized by FT-IR and TEM, obtaining the best synthesis condition. The results showed that the conversion rate of monomers was increased and polymerization stability was effectively improved by using polymerizable emulsifier DNS-86. The mechanical properties and water resistance of films were markedly improved with the increase of DNS-86 amount.关键词
