Catalytic synthesis of ethyl laurate with silion dioxide supported on phosphotungstic acid
摘要
Abstract
Ethyl Laurate was synthesized by using silicon dioxide as catalyst supported on phosphotung- stic acid. The effects of the molar ration of lauric acid to alcohol,mass of catalyst,reaction time and tem- perature on the yield were investigated. Experimental results show that silicon dioxide supported on phosphotungstic acid was an excellent catalyst. The yield was over 80% under optimum condition. The suitable conditions were that molar ratio of laurie acid to alcohol is 1 : 5, amount of catalys is 6.0% of the lauric acid,reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and reaction time is 4.0 h.关键词
