Abstract
In order to achieve sizing high-polyester and cotton fabric without PVA,and concerning the dif ficult points in sizing and the principles of choosing sizing agent for this fabric, this paper improves the original sizing agent formula, and a new sizing agent formula is determined by using T-45 sizing agent and B 210 phosphorylated starch as main sizing agent. In addition, the paper also chooses the original sizing agent formula and the new sizing agent formula respectively for sizing 13rex T80/C20 warp yarn in the same sizing machine, and compares their sizing performance and weaving effect. The experiment re sult indicates that the sizing performance and weaving effect of the new sizing agent formula arc better than that of the original sizing agent formula, and that sizing high-polyester and cotton fabric without PVA is workable.关键词
