摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of the blast furnace gas safety emissions produced in the process of pudding, the burning control system of blast furnace gas was designed, which respectively took MCGS and PLC as the core. The lower computer controls three combustion furnaces. According to the value of the pipeline's inner pressure,the number of the combustion furnaces is selected properly,the an- alog signals such as the gathered temperature and pressure converted by A/D in put into PLC for control operation,the upper computer gives a real-time monitoring to system's work and operation state,and dis- plays the gathered real-time data, then realizes the integration of monitoring, managing and controlling.
