介绍了我国地理标志保护概况及桂花资源的地理标志知识产权保护概况，分析了成宁市桂花资源的优势，并从地理标志特征、地理标志保护、非物质文化遗产等方面，探讨成宁县桂花及其相关特产的地理标志保护对策。
The profile of geographical indications protection and the one of sweet olive in China were introduced, and the advantages of sweet olive resources in Xianning City were analyzed. The measures of geographical indication protection of the sweet olive and its related specialties in Xianning City were discussed from several aspects such as geographical indication features and protection,intangible cultural heritage,and so on.
