摘要
Abstract
Through in-depth analysis of research data,the view of the talents and the reason of the rural areas in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone were pointed out,including the shortage of quantity, poor of quality,irrational structure,a serious drain etc.for talants.The constructing countermeasures were put forward including raising awareness, improving methods, innovating education and improving the environment, etc.关键词
