摘要
Abstract
Heavy metal pollution in urban is one of important factors that affectes vegetable growth and human health. This paper presented study processes which were as follows:the present situation of heavy metal pollution on soil and vegetables in Hangzhou City,the regularity of vegetables absorbing and accumulating heavy metal, and evaluation. The purpose of the review was to arouse consciousness of food safety and health of people.关键词
