Studies on Callus Tissue Culture for Different Explants of Dioscorea opposita
摘要
Abstract
The callus cultivating effects of different Dioscorea opposita explants were compared for establishing a high efficient plant regeneration system and providing a possible way to further use genetic transformation for variety improvement and new varieties of breeding. Results showed that the induction efficiency of different explants were obviously different on the same medium, which were shown as bulbil > shoot-tip > leaf and stem > tuber. The induction percentages of callus of the same explants were different on the medium supplied with different phyto-hormones concentration. The combination of MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0. 5 mg/L NAA was the best for callus induction from bulbil.关键词
