摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The purpose was to study the effects of foliar spraying zinc on some physiological indices and quality of Fenhongyadumi gape, and to guide its production.[Method]The experiment was carried out to study the effect of foliar spraying 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 mg/L ZnS04 ·7H2O on some physiological indices, such as chlorophyll content, protein content, soluble carbohydrate content, and quality indexes, such as Vc content, titratable acid content, total soluble solid content, fruit shape index, fruit peel thickness, fruit brushes length and so on, using Fenghongyadoumi grape introduced in 2001 as experimental material.[Result]The results showed that 5.0- 7.5 mg/L zinc could increase chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, and Vc content, total soluble solid content distinctly, and its fruit peel became thick and fruit brush became long, and this increase effect was more distinct with spraying zinc times increased; While the fruit shape index and the contents of titratable acid reduced distinctly with spraying zinc times increased.[Conclusion]When the concentration of Zinc is 5.0 -7.5 mg/L, and at least 2 -3 times foliar spraying, the photosynthetic efficiency increases and flavor, nutrition, storage and transportation quality of grape improve significantly.
