青脚麻鸡新城疫和禽流感母源抗体的衰减规律研究
Study on the Decline Changes of Maternal Antibody of Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza for Partridge Shank Chicken
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to screen out the optimal culture conditions of antagonistic actinomyle Fh-chib against Botrytis cinerea.[Method]Based on single factor experiment, the optimal culture conditions of antagonistic actinomyle Fh-chib against Botrytis cinerea were studied by using orthogonal experimental design method, mainly including carbon source, nitrogen source and inorganic salts.[Result]The optimum medium for Fh-chib consisted of 0. 50% glucose, 1.00% sucrose, 1.00% yeast extract, 1.50% bran, 1.00% soybean powder, 0.03% MgSO4 and 0.40% CaCl2, and effects of every factors on the antibacterial activity of fermentation broth were in order of glucose > su crose > CaCl2 > soybean powder > yeast extract > bran > MgSO4.[Conclusion]The research lays the foundation for industrial production of Fh-chib.关键词
