摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To study the best extraction conditions of proanthocyanidin from grape seeds by petroleum ether.[Method]The absor-bance of proanthocyanidin was determined with the method of vanillina, a standard curve was drawn, and the factors influencing the extraction of proanthocyanidin were optimized with orthogonal experiment.[Result]The best extraction conditions were 60% petroleum ether as extract-ant, 1=5 (g/ml) solid-liquid ratio, Soxhlet extractor to reflux at 60 t forl.Sh, the extraction rate of proanthocyanidin under the best condi tions was 60.03 mg/g.[Conclusion]Petroleum ether is good in extracting proanthocyanidin from grape seeds.
