摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the physical properties of bacterial cellulose/γ-polyglumatic acid (BC/γ-PGA) composite membrane. [Method] BC/-y-PGA composite membrane was fermented and prepared by Bacillus xylinus M12 and its surface rigidity, elasticity and shearing force were measured by TA-XTPlus Exponent32. [ Result] Compared wilh BC membrane, composite membrane prepared with 7-PGA was lowered in hardness and elasticity, but strengthened in toughness and tearing-resistance. [Conclusion] Adding γ-PGA to BC membrane will promote its application in surgical dressing.
