硒化壳寡糖对成骨细胞的作用
Effects of Chitooligosaccharide-selenium on Osteoblasts
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Effects of chitooligosaccharide-selenium(COS-Se) on osteoblasts MC3T3-E1 in vitro were studied. [ Method] COS-Se was added into culture medium at concentrations of 10, 100, 500, 1 000, 2 000 μg/ml, respectively and then MTT method was used for measurement. [ Result ] The results showed that COS-Se with concentrations of the five could all promote proliferation of osteoblasts, which was better than COS. The optimal concentration was 500 μg/ml. [ Conclusion ] The mechanism requires further exploration.关键词
