摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the improvement of biological micronucleus monitoring technology. [ Method] In view of the problems of present monitoring technology,an in-depth study was carried out on the selection of V.faba seeds,the length of root-tip length and the fixation and isolation in the process of microscopy producing. [Result] Chenghu No.3 was selected,and the most suitable growth length of root point was 1.05 -1. 10 cm and the improved fixed segregation liquid was absolute ethyl alcohol : glacial acetic acid : concentrated hydrochloric acid = 1:125:1 ;the fixation and isolation can be finished in one step,which only costs 4-5 min. [ Conclusion] The improved biological micronucleus monitoring technology is fast,stable and easy,thus can be widely promoted and applied.
