Effects of Pollination at Different Flowering Stages on the Tobacco Pollination and Seed Quality
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To determine the appropriate time lo colled tobacco pollen. [Method] The tobacco pollen was collected lo study the effect of pollination al different flowering stages on the pollination and seed quality of Yunyan 85, Yunyan 87 and K326. [Result] The viability of pollen gradually enhanced with the prolonging of pollen collection period. The effects of artificial pollination with pollen from the earlier flowering and full blossoming period were better for Yunyan 85, Yunyan 87 and K326, the seed yield and quality were higher. [Conclusion] The appropriate time to collect pollen was in the earlier flowering period on the basis of ensuring the seed yield, quality and purity.关键词
