黔东南冷凉山区优质稻农艺性状的相关性及通径分析
Correlation and Path Analysis of the Agronomic Traits of Good Quality Rice in Cold Mountain Area of South East Guizhou

Abstract
[Objective] The purpose was to study the correlation and path analysis of 12 main agronomic traits of good quality rice in cold mountain area of south east Guizhou. [Method] Twelve rice varieties were Linxian 22, Liangxian No. 3, Deshuang No. 4, Sweet rice 82, Sweet rice Deyou No. 8, Linxian 22, Zhongxian 2503 , Zhongxiang No. 1, Jianzhen No. 2, Changmi016, Ezhong No. 5, Diantun 502 (taking as control) respectively. The randomized block design was used with 3 repeated. Ten plants each plot were collected from beginning of the second plant of the second row, and observation items included plant height, panicle length, effective panicle, total grain number per panicle, filled grain number, 1 000-grain weight, setting rate and yield. [Result] There was very positive significant correlation between filled grain number and real yield and the correlation coefficient was 0.583 1, effective panicle, total grain number per panicle and setting rate had posi-tive significant correlation with real yield and the correlation coefficient was 0. 255 4,0. 548 9 and 0. 355 2 resp. . 1 000-grain weight and panicle length had negative significant correlation with real yield and the correlation coefficient was -0. 179 0 and -0. 555 8 resp. . The index that the direct contribution to real yield was the biggest was effective panicle and the direct path coefficient was 1.470 1 , followed by total grain number per panicle, 1 000-grain weight, filled grain number and setting rate and the direct path coefficient was 0.643 3, 0.627 4, 0.492 6 and 0.208 4 resp. . [Conclusion] The main goal was choosing moderate plant height, big panicle and more grain, moderate tillering number when choosing varieties and popularization in cold mountain area of south east Guizhou.关键词
