摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To determine the luteolin content in CAULIS LONICERAE. [Method] The HPLC method was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB- C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) using an isocratic elution with methanol-water containing 0. 3% phosphoric acid (47: 53,V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 350 nm. [ Result ] The linear rangs and regression equation of luteolin was 0.5 -2. 5 μg/ml with R =0.999 6. The average recovery was 100.71% ,RSD = 1.9%. The average luteolin content in the three batches of medicine was 24.05 μg/g. [ Conclusion ] This method is simple, rapid and reliable for the quality control of CAULIS LONICERAE.关键词
