NaCl胁迫对思茅松幼苗生长的影响
NaCl Stress on Seedlings Growth of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] Taking Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis as the research object, NaCl stress on seedlings growth of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis was studied. [Method] Seed germination, seedling growth and four kinds of physiological and biochemical indexes at different concentrations such as 25, 50,100,200,300 mmol/L were studied. On 100 mmol/L, the SOD in the seedlings got the max. On and below 100 mmol/L, the seedlings could grow normally with germination rante and germination energy decreased no significant difference compared with control. On 200 mmol/L , soluble sugar,total chlorophyl in the seedlings were the highest. On 300 mmol/L,the seedlings grew abnormally, with high malformation rate and mortality rate. The content of MDA increased with increasing of NaCl concentration. [ Conclusion] Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis seedling could grow normally at salt concentration less than 100 mmol/L.关键词
