摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the effects of phoiosynthetic active radiation strength on net photosynthetic rate of Pteridum aquilinum var. latiusculum, to better know its photosynthetic physiological and ecological mechanisms and deeply provide a theoretical basis and technical guidance for its introduction and domestication, cultivation, germplasm preservation and yield increasing, [Method] Different illumination strength test with 0, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800 μmol/(m2 ·s) and fixed CO2 concentration test with 100 and 200 μmol/mol of Pteridum aquilinum var. latiusculum under different growth periods were carried out in August and September, 2007 through red and blue light control system and CO2 control system of LI-6400 portable photosynthetic instrument. [ Result] In the simulative experimental condition, net photosynthetic rate of Pteridum aquilinum var, latiusculum increased with photosynthetic active radiation increasing before it reached light saturation point; and light compensation point and light saturation point were both lower, that was partly 50 and 400 μmol/( m2·s) . [ Conclusion] When illumination strength is strong in daytime, it should be noted to appropriately shade to prevent its negative influence on growth of Pteridum aquilinum var. latiusculum in the practical production.
