水溶性盾叶薯蓣皂苷及其药理活性研究进展
Research Progress in Chemical Composition and Biological Activity of Water-soluble Saponins from the Dioscorea zingiberensis
摘要
Abstract
Steroid saponin from the Dioscorea zingiberensis can be divided into two categories, water-soluble and fat-soluble, of which, water-soluble saponins is the important activity basis of the traditional Chinese medicines pharmacology. But there is a lack of systematic research in this field. This paper introduces the recent studies on the chemical composition, purification technics, pharmacodynamic action and clinical application of water-soluble saponins, with the purpose to provide a theoretic reference for new drug research of steroid saponin and recycling water-soluble saponins from the Dioscorea zingiberensis in industrial production.关键词
