摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To find out the efficient conditions for separation of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin from sugarcane. [Method] The sugarcane bagasse was boiled in solvent-sulfuric acid-water mixtures at low-temperature to separate the three main components of hemicellulose, the main influencing factors were optimized by single factor test and response surface methodology. [Result] The optimum condition of separation was obtained through response surface experiments as follows: the ethanol concentration (V/V) 69.63% , acid concentration ( V/V) 6.41% , reaction time 4 h. Under the optimal hydrolysis condition, it was predicted that hemicellulose hydrolysis rate was 98.07% , preservation rate of cellulose was 92.49% , and removal rate of lignin was 66. 72%. And the verification test showed that the hemicellulose hydrolysis rate was 99.00% , preservation rate of cellulose was 92, 08% and removal rate of lignin was 67, 06% , very close to the theoretical values. [Conclusion] This technology is simple, efficient and feasible for the separation of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin from sugarcane.
