公平理论视角下农村公共服务问题及对策
Problems and Countermeasures of Public Services in Rural Areas from the Perspective of Equity Theory
摘要
Abstract
Through comparing the per capita public services expenses in urban and rural areas during 1990 -2006, it was found out that the root cause of their large gap lies in their different policies and insufficient financial input for a long time. Based on the perspective of equity theory, the problems in the existing supply mechanism of public services in rural areas were discussed, and some countermeasures were proposed ,for example, to accelerate the optimization of our economic structure, to realize the reasonable, equal and balanced development of urban and rural areas.关键词
