高效液相色谱法测定马兰中大黄酸、大黄素及大黄酚的含量
Determination of Rhein, Emodin, and Chrysophanol in Kalimeris Indica by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of rhein, emodin, and chrysophanol in Kalimeris indica by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid for gradient elution at a detection wavelength of 254 nm,a flow rate of 1 ml/min,and a column temperature of 30℃. Results The concentrations of rhein, emodin,and chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship with peak areas in 0. 253-2. 530 jug/ml (r =0.9996), 0.249-2.490 jug/ml (r = 0.9993), and 0.257-2.570 μg/ml (r=0. 9997), and the average recovery rates (n=6) were 99. 27% (RSD=1. 28%), 99.78% (RSD=1. 05%) , and 99. 92% (RSD=0. 83%) , respectively. Conclusion HPLC determination method can be used for measuring the contents of rhein, emodin, and chrysophanol in Kalimeris indica for its accuracy, reliability, and simplicity.关键词
