Abstract
The system of Chinese crisis management is characterized by unified leader,scale management,local and administrative management,classification management and department management.The deficiency of management system is department differentiation,compartmentalization,functional dispersion,information not free and so on.Based on the requirements of reform of great department system and the principle of the integration system,the administrative function of crisis management,the system of early warning and monitoring,participation,and the mechanism of resource sharing should be improved to build and construct the system of crisis management,which is organic unification and coordinated operation.关键词
