摘要

Abstract

To improve the sensitivity of the Ru( bpy) 2 3 + electrochemiluminescence ( ECL) detection, the sensitization of nonionic surfactant Tween 20 on the ECL of Ru(bpy)3 2+ was studied. Methods The concentration of Tween 20 added was optimized firstly. In the optimum concentration of Tween 20 as 0. 1% , the sensitivity, linear range and repeatability of Ru(bpy)3 2+ were tested. Then, the effects of Tween 20 on the electrochemical behavior of tripropylamine were discussed. Results When the concentration of Tween 20 was 0. 1% , the sensitization on the ECL was best. In this concentration, the sensitivity of Ru ( bpy) 3 2 + increased 100 times, and there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Ru( bpy) 3 2 + and ECL intensity in the range of 5 x 10 to 1 x 10 mol/L. Moreover, Tween 20 could promote the direct oxidation of tripropylamine on the electrode surface and enhance the oxidation current. Conclusions Tween 20 has strong sensitization of on the ECL of Ru ( bpy ) 3 2 +
