腹针和体针结合对缺血性中风病的临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combining body acupuncture on ischemia stroke

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combining body acupuncture on ischemia stroke. Methods According to the inclusion criterion in this study, the selected patients were divided into abdominal acupuncture group ( abdominal group, n - 30 ) , body acupuncture group ( body group, n =31) and combining group (n =31) by applying random digits table. The patients were given acupuncture treatment respectively after choosing abdominal and body acupoints based on theoretical acupoint choosing principle. The relief of symptoms of consciousness, language, paralysis of upper limbs, paralysis of lower limbs and activities of daily living (ADL) were observed and compared. The curative effect and ADL scores were reviewed before the treatment and after treatment for 30 times. Results The curative effect had significant difference respectively before and after the treatment in three groups, but the comparison between abdominal group and body group showed no significant difference (P >0.01). The curative effect and ADL scores were better or higher in combining group than those in other two groups (P <0. 01). Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is an effective therapy for treating stroke and has the same curative effect as body acupuncture. The combination of abdominal acupuncture and body acupuncture can relieve much better the symptoms of consciousness, language and motor function of limbs in the patients at recovery stage of stroke ( qi deficiency and yin deficiency) , improve effective rate and ADL scores.关键词
