摘要
Abstract
Nano-SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.In this paper,three kinds of drying conditions on the preparation of Nano-SiO2 powders have been studied.The surface structure of Nano-SiO2 has been analyzed.The results show that:The Nano-SiO2 powders with optimal dispersibility and higher specific surface area grains with average diameter of about 30 nm can be obtained by carbon dioxide supercritical drying technique.关键词
