Abstract
The occupies a place in vitality of intangible cultural heritage is inherited. Tibetan intangible cultural heritage, which the intangible cultural heritage of our country even the word, is more depended on inheritance and especially higher education inheritance. The orderly higher education inheritance needs legal protection. Only the higher education inheritance of Tibet intangible cultural heritage is institutionalized can the web of legal pro- tection of Tibet intangible cultural heritage inheritance be constructed and the vitality of Tibet intangible cultural heritage be really continued.关键词
