Abstract
At the Risk-involved Society, Mass incidents are one of the important risks, the focus concerned by the Party and Governments and the key issue studied in politics and sociology, etc. This paper considers the mass incidents once happened in Anhui Province as the research targets and analyzes mass incidents from the perspective of ethics and put forward some prevention measures.关键词
