Abstract
A professional education in Colleges and universities main relies on talents training mode. To ensure to cultivate the talents who are suitable to social demand, talents cultivation mode need to be optimized to keep the pace with the times. The article focused on innovation of talent training mode of undergraduate major for tourism management. Firstly analyzes the necessity of innovation, and sets forth the thinking of innovation, and proposes innovation way in this foundation.关键词
