摘要

Abstract

An inverted full digitalization plasma cutting power supply plan is put forward, the characteristics of PWM rectifier with three-phase voltage and phase-shift full bridge DC-DC converter in the main circuit are analyzed, the corresponding control strategy is presented, and a 10 kW plasma cutting power supply is designed. The experimental results show that the power supply is stable and reliable with high performance, and verifies that the plan is feasible to satisfy the performance index requirements of plasma cutting power supply.
