Abstract
Several typical topologies of the DC solid state circuit breaker (SSCB) are introduced in this paper. The characteristics of solid state circuit breaker are summarized and the application prospects are analyzed. The related parameters in a 1500V/4000A prototype are designed, and the simulation results of interruption are given.关键词
