摘要
Abstract
A measurement and control system for an aero-engine test rig running is established based on virtual instrument technology, using PXI bus data acquisition system and PLC. A touch screen is used to instead of the traditional physical control panel, and the control interfaces can be automatically switched with the condition of the engine. The communication between the PLC, serial equipments and industrial control computers is realized with the TCP/IP Ethernet communication protocol, Many functions such as calibration of measurement parameters, data acquisition, monitor, analysis and processing, reports of test, and test process prompt, are realized by detailed analysis of the aero-engine running requirement. It is demonstrated that this system is flexible, stable and reliable, easy to operation and maintenance. It fully meets the requirement of the aero-engine test rig running.关键词
