管道裂纹缺陷漏磁场的有限元仿真
Finite Element Simulation of Pipeline' s Cracks Magnetic Flux Leakage
摘要
Abstract
A finite element (FE) analysis method of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing in seabed oil pipeline' s cracks is presented. Firstly, the mathematical simulation model for MFL is established based on the Maxwell' s equations and 3D finite element theory, and then the simulation results of cracks MFL are compared with the experimental data, which shows that this method is reliable. Finally, the effect of cracks geometric parameter, such as depth, width and etc, to the MFL signal characteristics are obtained and their curves are given too. So this method is valuable to offer a reference in practical crack' s MFL inspecting of seabed oil pipelines.关键词
