基于PIC单片机的焊接工艺参数设定与显示系统
A Setting and Display System of Welding Process Parameters Based on PIC Microcontroller
摘要
Abstract
A digital welding system needs a digital I/O interface of process parameters. A PIC microcontroller of high performance price ratio is adopted as the core of the controller, and a digital system of timesharing setting and display of multi welding parameters is designed by a single-knob type of rotary encoding regulator and a dynamic LED displaying manner. Experimental results show that this system has compact hardware and strong anti-interference capability, and can conveniently adjust the parameters and functions, thus demonstrating its good practicability for welding applications.关键词
