摘要

Abstract

It is difficult to resolve the contradiction between the real-time performance and the accuracy when using the turbine flow meter to measure the fuel flow during hardware in loop simulation of aero-engine control system or experimental study of dynamic fuel control. The problems of the methods of frequency measurement, cycles measurement, F/V conversion and frequency multiplication are analyzed through theory and experiments, then the dynamic flow measurement based on number of cycles is proposed to obtain dynamic flow signal with good precision. Experiments are carried out to test the new measurement method, and results show that compared to normal measurement methods, real-time and accuracy are improved significantly by using the method of dynamic flow measurement based on number of cycles, which can meet the requirement of hardware in loop simulation of aero-engine control system.
