Abstract
La1-xSrxMnO3(LSMO) films were fabricated on Si substrates by Sol-gel processes with inorganic salts.The films exhibit diamond shaped nanocrystals with perovskite structure proved by both X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the flat,smooth and dense morphologies were always seen under scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Metal-insulator transition temperatures increased from 220K,224K to 229K while the corresponding magnetic field intensity increased from 0T,0.4T to 0.8T and the resistance peak value reduced with the increasing magnetic field.These results should be related to the ferromagnetic phase change and the magnetic field effect on double change(DE).The extreme value of magnetic resistance(MR) is 18.4% at the temperature of 250K.关键词
